These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at cognitionbridge.life and any enquiry you make with CognitionBridge Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201847291B), a company registered in Singapore with its office at 1 Fusionopolis Place, #03-20 Galaxis, Singapore 138522 ("CognitionBridge", "we", "us" or "our"). By using this website you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair the service or infringe the rights of others.

2. Accuracy of information

The content on this website, including solution descriptions, indicative timelines and prices, is provided for general information only. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Indicative prices and package details may change, and any figures shown do not constitute a binding offer.

3. Enquiry process

Submitting an enquiry through our form or by email does not create a contract. It is an invitation for us to discuss your needs. Following an enquiry, we will typically arrange a consultation, scope your requirements and provide a written proposal before any work begins.

4. Engagements, cancellation and changes

Each engagement is confirmed through a separate written agreement. Either party may request changes to scope, which may affect timelines and fees. Cancellation terms, including any notice period and fees for work already performed, will be set out in that agreement. Where no agreement specifies otherwise, work completed up to the date of cancellation remains payable.

5. Nature of our services and liability

CognitionBridge provides information technology and artificial intelligence consulting, design and development services. Our deliverables — including AI copilots, models and recommendations — are decision-support tools intended to be used with human oversight. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and outputs should always be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied upon.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CognitionBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on AI-generated outputs without appropriate human review. Our total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid to us for that engagement, except where liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

6. Separate contract governs delivery

Nothing on this website forms part of a contract for services. The specific scope, deliverables, milestones, warranties and responsibilities for any project are governed exclusively by the separate written agreement signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms.

7. Payments and refunds

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are quoted and payable in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Invoices are due within the period stated in your engagement agreement. As our services are bespoke and delivered progressively, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable; any refund arrangements will be set out in the relevant agreement.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and the CognitionBridge name — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of deliverables created during an engagement is determined by the relevant written agreement. You may not reproduce or reuse our website content without our prior written consent.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at our registered address in Singapore.
