CognitionBridge was founded at One-North to answer one question: how do we help capable teams adopt AI without losing what makes them human?

Born at Fusionopolis

From a One-North lab to teams across APAC

We started in 2018 in a small studio at Fusionopolis, surrounded by Singapore's research community at One-North. Our founders — a mix of conversation designers, ML engineers and change practitioners — kept seeing the same pattern: organisations bought powerful AI, then watched it sit unused because nobody trusted it or knew how to fit it into their day.

So we built CognitionBridge around the human side of AI. We design copilots that advise rather than replace, conversational experiences that feel natural, and human-in-the-loop workflows that keep people accountable. Today we partner with teams from Marina Bay and the CBD to Jurong East and Changi Business Park, and increasingly across the wider APAC region.

Whether a client is in financial services, healthcare, logistics or the public sector, our promise is the same: machine intelligence amplified by human insight, never the other way around.
