CognitionBridge Pte. Ltd. ("CognitionBridge", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and safeguard personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA") and the advisory guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). It applies to our website at cognitionbridge.life and to the services we provide from our office at One-North, Singapore.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact details — your full name, email address and phone number provided through our enquiry form or by email.
- Enquiry details — the solution of interest, preferred consultation date, team size, budget range and any message you choose to share.
- Business information — your organisation, role and project context where you provide it during an engagement.

We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, as required under the PDPA.
